Wellness & Yoga
I offer yoga and wellness practices informed by my 200-hour yoga certification and over 20 years of experience as a professional ballet dancer. My approach bridges performance training and holistic wellbeing, focusing on strength, mobility, alignment, recovery, and mindful movement.
I work with both dancers and performers as well as corporate clients and non-dancers, adapting each session to meet the specific needs of the individual or group—whether that means supporting artistic longevity and injury prevention, or building accessible practices for everyday wellness.
